• Organize and lead weekly meetings with writing prompts and student run creative writing workshops

• Edit and critique other students’ work to improve each other’s quality of writing

• Submit my own finalized pieces online to executive board for future publication

• Advertise the latest magazine edition across Fordham’s campus

• Help decide which pieces are worthy for publication in the latest issue of the magazine

YMCA, Senior Leader, Marblehead, MA           June 2016-August 2018

• Created seven different themed camps that help children formulate communication and teamwork skills

• Brainstormed 4-5 activities per day for each week of camp based on overall theme

• Supervised 3-5 counselors at a time to train in child care

• Produced a supply list twice weekly based on needs of campers and planned activities

Marblehead High School, Volunteer, Marblehead, MA           June 2014-August 2014

• Developed lesson plans for three middle school reading level books based on the themes and character development in each narrative

• Led a small group of underclassmen in project by scheduling meeting and facilitating discussions

• Collaborated with teachers from schools in Mississippi to provide lesson plans based on the needs of the students

• Promoted the Fordham Dance Marathon to raise funds and awareness for childhood pediatric cancer research

• Managed mass email correspondences when reaching out to athletic teams on campus to promote participation and fundraising efforts

• Oversaw guests and managed program itinerary
